October Hayride

We took the kids again for the second year to the Corn Maize and their favorite thing by far is the hayride. Mason was laughing so hard he could hardly catch his breath. They let us stop to feed the cows and the cows could almost eat your hand off when they went for the food. It was great! Pop Pop and Annie were with us too and we even got to ride on the cow train with them.

Muddy Day

Well, we went outside to just do something quick and I look over and see the two of them playing in the mud. But once I saw their faces, I could care less how dirty they were getting. Important thing was that they were having a blast! Sydney in her beautiful dress and all. Thankfully, that was a Walmart special. Ha, ha.

My diva

Sydney was born a star! She is everything a girly girl is supposed to be. Obsessed with her shoes, outfits, her hair...you name it! Her birthday party involved many changes in wardrobe but I thought these two were the cutest.

Sydney's Birthday

Sydney was so happy to be three years old. We got her a baby doll that coos, laughs, cries, pretends to drink from the bottle, etc. Look at that face as she opened her gift while still in her pajamas. "A baby doll!"

Love the Dollar Store!

You gotta love the dollar store for there cheap entertainment. The kids found these and I said "Why not?"

Back to School

Mason is in VPK this year and Sydney will be going to preschool everyday! Yea!!! They were both thrilled and counting down the days until school. They had new clothes and were ready super early this morning!

First Conversation of the Day- 8/27/2009

Mason opens Sydney's door to greet her as the morning starts and he says:

M- "Sydney, guess what!?"
S- "What Mason?"
M- "I saw a bat in the backyard!"
S- "You did. That's amazing, Mason!"
M- "Yeah and it was black!"
S- "Ooooh. That's great, Mason!"

Made my heart melt. The things they say and with a whole lot of inflection in there voice....it's precious!
